Dog owners don't trust strangers with their pets, and the apps that exist feel impersonal and risky. I researched the problem, mapped competitor apps, and identified trust as the core barrier. From there I built personas, user flows, and wireframes to design an experience that builds confidence before the first walk ever happens.
This was my capstone for the Dribbble product design course and the project where everything I'd been learning over the years clicked. I took a real problem and ran with it: user research, personas, flows, paper prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and a working design system.
