Dog owners don't trust strangers with their pets, and the apps that exist feel impersonal and risky. I researched the problem, mapped competitor apps, and identified trust as the core barrier. From there I built personas, user flows, and wireframes to design an experience that builds confidence before the first walk ever happens.
I took this project end-to-end: research, flows, paper prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and a working design system. It was my proof that I could handle the full product design process, not just the visuals.
