TBP needed a platform to deliver their business training to builders. Not just videos and PDFs, but a full system with progress tracking, task management, team roles, and compliance scoring. I ran a month of discovery with the client, working through low-fidelity prototypes in Figma to nail down the product requirements. From there, I skipped high-fidelity mockups and designed directly in code, collaborating with a backend engineer to ship the full platform.
I delivered the complete frontend and product design, handled project management and worked with a backend engineer to bring it to life. This project was the full loop: discovery, prototyping, design, code, and shipping. It proved I can own a product end-to-end.
