TBP needed a platform to deliver their business training to builders. Not just videos and PDFs, they wanted a full system with progress tracking, task management, team roles, and compliance scoring. The kind of tool builders could actually use to run their business, not just watch tutorials
I handled product design, frontend, and project management then working with a backend engineer to build it. We spent a month on discovery, working through low-fidelity prototypes in Figjam with weekly client calls to nail down requirements. From there, I skipped high-fidelity mockups and designed directly in code to move faster. The platform is live now and in active use with builders managing projects, tracking compliance, and training their teams through it.
