Caltrava needed an all-in-one platform for mortgage brokers to manage leads, calls, SMS outreach, and AI-generated marketing videos. No time for Figma files or lengthy discovery. The founder needed it built. I designed in code, making UI decisions directly in the browser and shipping features as fast as I could validate them.
We shipped the first version in one week. The platform now handles thousands of leads and calls for real users. This project proved I can deliver a polished product under pressure, without the traditional design-to-dev handoff.
