Caltrava needed an all-in-one platform for mortgage brokers to manage leads, calls, SMS outreach, and AI-generated marketing videos. No time for Figma files or lengthy discovery. The founder needed it built. I designed in code, making UI decisions directly in the browser and shipping features as fast as I could validate them.
Backend infrastructure existed from another project. Tight deadline, no room for a lengthy design process. I leaned on AI to move fast which included planning, adapting pre-existing design systems, and building in code. It shipped. Now it handles thousands of leads and calls for real users
